I wish there was a way to forget knowledge about all the quests I've done and re-experience everything.

Wouldn't that be awesome? Not only would you redo all quests, you'd experience everything all over again. After doing a quest I often forget some details or realize that I've missed out on some things like environmental features, easter eggs and such, but I still remember the important events that are supposed to spoil the quest.

The immersion in quests are probably the best moments during my ingame experience, yet they last so short.
