Amascut was running Menaphos so it makes sense her symbols might appear. Also the grand library is in a pyramid and she was the protector of the dead previously so depending on the timeline for its construction those would be my bets.

But she was only pulling the strings from the shadows. Most menaphites fear/dislike her so I doubt they would have stood for open reverence to her.

But she has been in the shadows for generations. Long enough to change the meanings of her symbols or have them forgotten or have just left them up from before her fall from grace. Plus these are her people even if they don't know it so who knows what they are taught about her.

Plus these are her people even if they don't know it so who knows what they are taught about her. True but most characters seem to recognize her as a threat at the moment
