Bik being Entrana was, to be blunt, stupidly obvious.
As is Ful being the Karamja volcano, Jas being the Ullek plateau... Wen is a bit different. Personally, I think she's just split into two pieces, which is why she's both White Wolf and Ice mountains. A

But wait a minute, aren't the original bodies of the elders supposed to be inanimate? I thought they 'transfered' their memories and consciousness into the eggs inside the elder halls. If...that is not the case, and the eggs are simply offspring akin to how the TzHarr work, wouldn't the parent elders be tremendously weak compared to how they were before the creation of Gielinor? If THAT is the case...then perhaps it is possible for us to bring one down, and then proceed to sabotage the offspring before they have a chance to siphon power.

Personally I find the concept of bik a bit odd. I expected a somewhat humanoid thing with an air of wisdom, not a gargantuan tentacle beast. Given that, I also have a small theory. If Mah is the only humanoid elder god, then maybe humans are the sub par attempt of the other 4 to fill in the creation void of Mah. We could be considered much less impressive counterfeits of Mah's style.
