Just wanted to pose afew questions from SE that confused or interested me somewhat:
1) What was Jas's motivation in helping Sliske set up the whole event? In kindred spirits it's suggested she wanted to gather the gods but I'm still not clear on why.
2) What happened to the Staff of Armadyl after the quest?
3) Why wasn't Jas aware that Sliske had not "ended"?
4) Is nomad essentially back in business as a totally independent wight that also has protection from the gods now?
"The greatest endeavors are achieved because of their selfless intent"
Why not ask these on the sticked Q&A thread...?
Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. An all encompassing force of evil that will remain ever-threatening and use chaos to make the peoples of Gielinor tolerate each other, grow strong together, and fight side by side against this evil. I am that villain.
Kinda doubt I'd get a direct answer to any of these as they'd be the sorta thing I'd hold back as a surprise so it's open the lore community to discuss

.....Yeah. As for gathering the gods, she may have been trying to get information on them as the Stone could store memories of users. She's not only the strongest Elder, but also the one who makes the plan for the others. There might be more to this than she's been giving us, but at the same time it might have just been on a whim or because she wanted to see what would happen.
2) I think we'll find that out later.
3) She may be aware but not letting it on, or that Sliske's essence is being hidden by the World Guardian powers. It's only my personal thoughts however.
4) He likely is. But I don't think he'll start draining any more souls, especially if we showed him mercy in Elegy.

Well, we killed Nomad twice in Endgame, and he didn't have a single line of dialogue in the quest. Not to mention it would be tremendously lame of Jagex to keep Nomad around as a character. His story is over.
Of course, Jagex is no stranger to lame storytelling, so who knows.
Patrolling Lore FC almost makes you wish for a Great Revision.

I think it was a literal rat maze situation. Just as the elder gods will observe mortals, she wanted to observe the lesser gods. That's also why I think she denied Zaros. He must have failed her test. We'll never know if there were any conditions that he would have passed under.
TFW You can't decide between support Zamorak or Zaros.

I personally think she gave Zaros another shot at creating life, and is giving Seren a chance to prove herself too. If they really failed, she could have just killed them off.

Jas's dialogue indicates that she is incapable of granting Zaros's request, not that she simply chose not to. In her own words:
A flame. Can never be a star. However bright. It burns.
Then there's this bit later:
Zaros: I have learned enough to know that there are no absolutes. If I can create life, you will accept me as one of you!
Voice of Jas: Impossible
Which, again, indicates her belief that she (or anybody/thing else) is incapable of granting Zaros's request rather than it being that she chose not to do it.

I'd rather Nomad just be folded in with Saradomin content, and
maybe
if we ever see Oreb again. Tales of Nomad set up enough that I think Nomad himself can just be secondary to other characters. That said, I agree with the idea that his story is over. The identities of his master have been tied up, and his plans for the Soul Obelisk reached its peak with Gielinor. The Soul Obelisk is only still intact so it doesn't affect the narrative of Soul Wars too much.
