Do the characters of RuneScape have kidneys? I have never seen a toilet in the game. The only parts of a bathroom I have seen in the game are , showers, tubs, jaquzi(don't remember where but I've seen one in the game), and sinos, but no toilets. No, they do not have toilets in RS. It is more efficient to go out in the wilderness and do your business there. Fecal matter is compost for plants, and a google search will tell you urine actually provides tons of nutrients for plants, as well. Sinks and showers are necessary in big cities so people don’t have to walk all the way to the river to get water. I imagine in this fantasy world, RS society has employed some way to turn human waste into something agriculturally useful, than simply dumping it like we do, in real life. Plus, being in a medieval setting, I don’t think people have inventing a sewage filtration system yet.
