Fact is the only time Zaros has shown anything close to fear is when Mah was beginning to wake up and realize he was in front of her.

But do tell me, what coward fights against Loarnab, Zamorak, An Arch Glacor and the Mother of Drakan... and wins?

A coward on tier 2 of godhood.
NO

exactly. I could walk into any playground and beat up a toddler... that doesn't make me 'not a coward'

I'm not going to, ofcourse, because that would be pure nonsense :P

bravery and stupidity are often quite nearly the same and for zaros... he has sort of the opposite of that with intelligence and cowardice

bandos seems to run at everything with his mace swinging (and the one time he doesnt ouright attack the other chap he ends up dead) and that seems to work very well for him, but there are countless times he could have easily ended up dead. Same with skargoroth, who does end up dead (I guess they both do) from doing this

there's a bit of a risk/reward thing. If there was no other way, he'd probably get off his laurels and fight his own fights, but generally it works well enough to let other people do that for him so he takes none of the risk
I always thought laurels were your bum but they're leaves of some sort
