On a final note:
This isn't a comprehensive list.
But I do hope it helps put into perspective that while your in game quests are your own, your character isn't necessarily the only the one to do them. Nor might they be the only way it could be done.

But at the same time, remember, that you are your own person. Your own character. Your own life.
Don't expect others to have the same path to the same goal.

This is nice, but I still don't get why it's necessary AT ALL for Craig to have done similar quests in order to get the quest cape (or anyone else for the matter. So what if WoM shared two quests with us?). Yes, getting in to the guilds seems like a reasonable requirement for the cape, but it just seems contrived to suggest that the way he got into the guilds was by killing a dragon, or doing three tasks etc.

Also I think the issue with Craig is that he wasn't known to be an adventurer before Jagex made him out to be one. Of course you can post-rationalize by saying that since he's a curator at a museum, he must have had his own shares of adventurers blah blah. I personally don't think that's necessarily the case though - he could just be someone who was interested in lore for a while, spent lots of time in his youth at the library, and really only contributed to lore by funding projects for archeologists and adventurers. Also, he's a rich noble with no indication he ever did any combat, so it's a hard sell for me that he did adventuring in his youth. And let's be honest, there were so many better alternatives, like Sir Tiffy or Radimus Erkle.
I'm too Unaligned to have a forum signature.

I got another one for you, and it isn't just repeatable: Icthlarin's Little Helper

Before you are able to complete the quest, Amascut commands another adventurer to steal another of Klenter's canopic jars. The quest gets repeated even before you finish it. No wonder Klenter is so cranky.
Humility is self-destruction, pride is the destruction of all else. And He said, "
Let there be light.

And then there were none .

I like this thread :)

And yeah, many of the smaller quests can be done by other adventurers. Remember that it's confirmed that all other players are skilled adventurers, but not quite the level of the WG ;)

Oh, and what about Shield of Arrav? What became of that other adventurer from that other gang? ;)

I remember the JMod thread that first discussed master skill capes on the forums. There was a pretty big push among the players to have it so we actually create the capes ourselves, using the relevant skills. I still wish it had been implemented that way.

Especially for the MQC. Now, don't get me wrong, Haig Halen's a great guy, who I'm sure has plenty of knowledge about Gielinor (I don't think anyone interpreted it as him having done the same quests as us). But I find it hard to believe anyone could be the adventurer's master in terms of questing. We should be giving ourselves that cape!

The president is set by the Comp Cape. It sits in the museum, even though no one there can wield it
