When it comes to Bandos, he's led a crusade on his own homeworld (ultimately exterminating all life on it), exterminated life on Yu'biusk, and waged the same war on Gielinor and has an unknown number of of other planes he's reduced to battlefields.

If we want to play the technicality game, we can discount the Gielinorian God Wars (neither of them started that one, they just perpetuated it), but that still leaves Bandos as having caused at least one more war than Armadyl.

I've actually written up a story in the Forum and Roleplay section called The Ash Goblin. It's basically a first-hand account of a goblin who got sick of life in recent times until he received a vision from the Queen of Ashes, and the story is also a setup for a lore-based RP I'm planning to make.

Personally, I can see a new god of war coming, or at least someone who can rally the Bandosians. This could be a group of people, or they could join different parties. Of the factions we know about most (assuming there are some Bandosians who think their faction has disbanded since BatB), I think Zamorak and the Queen of Ashes seem the most after their hearts. Zamorak because Bandos hinted that they may have met eye to eye and his philosophy of chaos would sit very well with the Bandosians (especially with the Huzamogaarb tribe), and the Queen of Ashes who might show them a vision of heaven rising from the ash of a burnt world. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

Yeah, but then again legacies do last quite a while. Bandos has been dead a few years now and people are still asking about the fate of his followers, even in this thread. And everyone likes a hero story, so if the V emissaries are any good at telling hero tales they won't have any problem recruiting. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!
