Either makes sense. We know were getting menaphos soon and an 2 or 3 part amuscat questline may be great for the grand opening and to put to rest another long time foe by defeat or by curing her madness.

We also know the Ambassador is coming next year. So to are two other expansions and I cant help but believe one will be the under water city. Xau wont be far behind.

Evil will stir next year. With Amuscat, the ambassador, Xau and probably a not so fond of mortals elder god *coughWENcough*

One last note, the dragonkin are also still out and about, OH and they have no restraints anymore...lovely. I have seen the dark universe yawning, where the black planets roll without aim;
Where they roll in their horror unheeded, without knowledge or lustre or name.

Has anyone considered thsat Amascut is working for someone else? Only Tier 1 can create life, and even a Devourer should count. Which I'd say means someone else is in the shadows providing the ability for that, and it certain isn't a 2 a penny god like Amascut or Xau. If they had that much punch they'd have rolled over all the opposition on Gielinor a long time ago, kicking out Guthix in the process.

I think it's at least interesting to know how she got corrupted in the first place. Amascut was said to be sane in the past and somehow became corrupted to the Amascut we know today.

Please don't have Amascut working for Xau-Tak. I'm fine with her having been corrupted by Mah, but Xau-Tak seems to be something Raven and Wilson are building to, while Rowley would be working on the Desert quests, and I don't think Rowley has worked on anything teasing Xau-Tak.
