Are all the pacts Zaros made with the other gods broken?

In Children of Mah, Zaros clearly defined Zamorak's pact would only last until Sliske's games were over.

"I know you are planning to obtain it. You will continue to do so, but within this game you will perform one action at my request. You will know which request I intend for you to act upon, because I will refer to you as my Legatus Maximus when I address you."

I am assuming he used the same words "within this game" with Saradomin and Armadyl too.

If you let Zamorak win the race, Zaros will invoke the pact immediately, requesting the stone to be handed over to him, which Zamorak wholeheartedly hands over:

Sliske: Enough! Zamorak, the stone is yours. Do it with what you will.

Zaros: No. Zamorak, my Legatus Maximus, the time has come for you to honour our bargain.

Zamorak: Yes, I expect you to invoke it here. It is a fair exchange for the salvation of my people. [Pact is considered complete and is purged at this point.]

[5 seconds later - Dragonkin cutscene occurs and the SoJ gets destroyed.]

But what happens to the losers? Do they still have to do Zaros a favor? Or were they all freed the moment the game ended?
Armadyl's first love :)

Well, for me, none of the pacts were invoked, as I got the stone before any of the Gods managed to, at which point Slisktrath shows up and blasts the Stone to rubble. I also managed to turn the gods against each other in the maze, though I did encourage Seren to work with Armadyll to help the Avianse, so for me the only pact created was between Zamorak and Zaros.

It would be interesting if they were to persist, but with how many possible variations there were, something tells me it would not be easy to have it be that way.

I think what's important now is not necessarily if Zaros owes them, but what they reveal, and potentially if Seren used her geas. The "within this game" part does seem to suggest that the pacts either had to be met in the game, so I assume that, since no action was performed, this doesn't necessarily violate the pact, just indicates an "expiration date" of sorts.

Zamorak's already had his side of the pact returned, so that leaves Armadyl and the aviansie getting help, and Adrasteia being returned to Saradomin.
