Funny you reference MacGyver, I always thought our character was MacGyver-ish, always improving (especially in quests like Rocking Out where we used a seagull and an accordion to get the attention of a deaf guy).

Russel would be a good back up for me, should the other options fall through. And he would be expected to drop lines from his role as Inspecter Javert in Les Miserables. ESPECIALLY in dramatic situations.
