Interesting, I was think of Ozai myself. Runescape doesn't need a hero...it needs a villain. I think the closest character that I imagine Zevrant's voice is like is Luka from Bayonetta. Which is Yuri Lowenthal.

Laura Bailey, voice of Keiko from Yu Yu Hakusho, Jaina from World of Warcraft, and she was Chun-Li in Street Fighter 4. Nice.

Luci Christian, voice of Kagura in the Gin Tama movie.

Yuri Lowenthal, love that guy. Best known for voicing Sasuke in Naruto (that's how most people first got introduced to him I think) but he was also Ben in Ben 10: Alien force and Cecil in Final Fantasy.

Funnily enough, I used to think my WG would sound kind of like Sasuke. ·

Don't know that much about VAs that don't speak English, but I remember what Usopp (the long-nosed Straw Hat and from my experience, the least popular Straw Hat) sounds like. He's all right. ·
