I have a couple questions about the elder gods. Could someone please explain this to me?

1) How are they born?
I know they hatch from eggs, but it is a bit unclear to me wheter they lay eggs and so a new generation begins or wheter these eggs are a way for them to reïncarnate.
*1a If the eggs are used to reïncarnate, then how is Jas alive? as I have heard the stone of Jas is her egg.
*1b If the eggs form new elder gods instead of reincarnating the old ones, then where are the old ones?

2) When is dinner-time?
When do the elder gods suck a world dry of its anima mundi? Is it when they hatch from their eggs?

1) Unknown. Given Jas's attempts and eventual success at creating her Catalyst, it appears that each Elder can produce many eggs, but only one of can hatch for every elder.

As for where the old elder gods are, take a walk around Runescape. There's a fairly good chance that you've ended up walking right on top of them. As for exactly where they are, the elder chronicles you can find with the Measure post-FotG are purportedly on top of the old bodies.

2) Based on Seren's memories, the elders constantly drain a small amount of anima from the world while sleeping. That being said, the total draining likely happens simultaneously with or a bit after the elders hatch.

The Stone of Jas isn't actually Jas' egg. It was proven in Heart of Stone, when we met JasKra in the desert. It's also been implied that the Stone is actually a hardboiled Elder God egg. From what I understand, Jas may have hardboiled the Sixth Elder God's egg and sealed it with shells from her own one, giving it her hexagon symbol. Why she may have done this isn't known, but it may be presumed that she was doing it to save the others from starving. Prepare for hell on RuneScape in Naval Cataclysm!

... How exactly does that prove it's not Jas' egg? Does the Kra say something I can't remember?

It has the exact same hexagonal pattern. as Jas' egg on freneskae.

I have noticed your kind does tend to blindly stumble forward towards danger simply because it exists. What is your word for that?
- We call it being a hero.

If it was Jas' egg, she wouldn't even have been able to make it to Gielinor by herself. The Elder Gods split up after making the lower planes and made the elemental planes, one each. And besides, Zaros did mention that the Sixth Elder God didn't have a form but instead was something else. He also compares the egg on Freneskae and the Catalyst:

Player: Yes...but it can't be the same one, can it?
Zaros: Not exactly. The one you have encountered is unique; altered to become what it is. This one's purpose was quite simple, and was fulfilled.

Since the anima on Freneskae couldn't even sustain Mah along with the other four Elders, it's possible that if the Sixth was in form at the time, they all would have ended up dead or in the same state as Mah.

The proper name of the Stone of Jas is the Catalyst. Seeing as all true elder artifact names describe their purpose (the siphon transfers qualities, the mirror copies, the locator locates, the blade separates, the kiln forges, etc...), this would indicate that the Catalyst makes doing things easier (actual catalysts allow reactions to proceed much more easily than normal).

As such, even if creating the stone used up a lot of her own power, it's still entirely possible that she'd make it to Gielinor as the stone would have made every creation after its own much less costly and allowing her diminished power to go further than it normally would have.

Personally, I believe the elder god not of form Zaros talks about in the memory to be the stone of Jas due to what was used to create it and him not knowing it existed at the time.

I like Hguoh's theory. Or the "split Wen" one.

People make the one not of form to be much more than it is.

Also Drew, one of the Q&As contained a question about Mah's corruption's origins. The answer was it probably started on the Dragonkin homeworld, as it was likely the last world before Freneskae.

I haven't heard of the split Wen theory yet. Could you please clarify?

Could I get a source for this? I would like to read into this myself.

The split Wen theory is the idea that because Wen's chronicle and kra are located in 2 very separate locations, that she might be split into 2 parts. There's also the idea that she might just be big enough to span that whole distance.

The elder gods' splitting up to make elemental planes comes from Freneskae Memorium Crystal z07 (aka: Diversity), although it doesn't say how many elemental planes each elder god made before they reconvened.

The 6 Elder Gods (5 of form and 1 of something else) comes from a cutscene in TLW (of when Zaros left Freneskae).

The comparison of the egg to the Catalyst comes from FotG if you take Zaros with you into the Elder Halls and go near Jas's old egg.
