Reintroduce P-MOD applications

While I understand the OP's core motivation, I'd have to politely disagree. Mainly on the basis of the fact that it'd be a repeat scenario of taking too many resources out of Jagex.
Equally, the current methdology of Jagex coming to you as opposed to you going to Jagex is something I'd prefer to stay as well.
There are numerous threads on this as linked above which should have some more information.

Jagex do not take any applications for being a P-Mod.
They find them in game only.
Best thing anyone can do is play the game. Enjoy it and fingers crossed 1 day Jagex hand pick you out of the Community for being an outstanding Community Member (including but not limited to Free-2-Play)
Jagex only pick people from within the Community on both versions of the game. So there is no thread, no application programme or anything like that.
Remember if Jagex pick you to become a P-Mod they ONLY ask via InBox and no where else that includes Private Message. They NEVER ask you there EVER. Comprehensive Account Security
