Honestly there is no real use for amulet of the eye inside of the GOTR minigame. Besides the minigame is an obvious place to make combo runes, however the number of binding necklaces you need take up lots space in your inventory.

Therefore I suggest that the Amulet of the eye should be able to store up to 1000 binding necklaces charges, which can only be used inside of the minigame.

The charges should not be possible to take out of the necklace again to avoid positive feedback bugs (for instance turn 1 necklace with 16 charges into 16 necklaces with 1 charge then alch them all)
