For context:
I've been emailing with Jagex support over some confusion as to why I haven't been able to leave the ironman group I am the leader over. I don't know the exact day I requested to leave but I would guess it was ~2 weeks ago.
In-game, I chose to leave and assigned another member as the leader of the group. Everything told me that I would be totally free in 7 days.
When that didn't happen I opened a support ticket and that is where I learned that I wouldn't be able to leave when all members were inactive. There was no text at all in the game itself that told me this, here is what I'm seeing in game:
Neither of these gives me any information as to why I haven't left yet and makes it seem like I'm about to be let out (I assumed the game glitched out, which is why I opened the ticket).
In my conversation with support they linked me to this page . This still isn't very clear, the verbiage makes it seem like I won't even be allowed to confirm I want to leave until I have removed the inactive members.
My suggestion:
Can you please add better wording both in-game and in your articles for the process for leaving. I also think either some warning or error when you try to leave and have inactive members would be super beneficial.
