Im patiently waiting any updates on these prayers, these are going to be amazing for berserkers and 1 def pures alike, but as far as im aware, theres been no talk about prayer level requirements.
i can only assume its going to be really high prayer levels like rs3 is, 95 prayer for turmoil ect.
if theres more info already out , please point me in the direction, or if its still unspoken, when can we expect any updates to this?

There's a lot of content yet to be polled beforehand and the Prayers will be part of the rewards given by the New Desert Treasure sequel.

In saying that IIRC, there were some disagreements amongst the community with regards to the focus of the prayer book so I imagine these once these are ironed out, a date for the new quest and the prayer book alongside it will be made.

An in-game beta of the new prayers will also be taking place before a final lock-in poll is done to confirm the new additions.
