Sigil Ideas

Sigil of the IceMan: every successful freeze using Ice Spells (Ancient Spellbook) cause targets to experience frost damage (each frost damage lowers all stats by 1; including HP) ice rush hits 1 frost damage and lowers stats by 1; ice burst hits 2 frost damage to hp and lowers stats by 2; ice blitz hits 2 frost damage to hp and lowers stats by 3; ice barrage hits 3 frost damage and lowers stats by 3. (after stats are lowered by 3 below base level they are not able to be lowered anymore, only HP is lowered)


Sigil of the Jungle Master: Diseases opponent starting at -20 to a random stats (the amount continues so if any stats at 1 are hit they lose 1 and 19 spreads to a new stat, if the next stat is 1 it loses 1 and the remaining 18 is spread to a new stat! etc!) hits every 22 seconds


Sigil Of the Def Noob: added 20+ magic defence to defence bonus+ If health lowers below 35% then Defence is boosted by 25 levels


Sigil of the Rune Pouch: This sigil acts as a 20 space rune pouch, holding 20 essence.


Sigil of The Bounty Hunter: Activate to open map showing all skulled players locations within 250 squares, activates an arrow pointing towards the closest skulled players (unlimited range) 5 minute cool down


Sigil of Teleblock:
version 1: Teleblock lasts 2x as long 10 mins (5:00 minutes even if opponent was protecting magic)
version 2: Activate sigil in inventory for a 5% chance of any hit teleblocking the opponent (effect lasts for 20 seconds and has a 3 min cooldown) *using darts this would give the pker nearly 55.55% chance of teleblocking opponent*
version 3: Use sigil from inventory to teleblock opponent (100% success rate off prayer / 0% success rate against protect from magic) without 85 magic requirement or being on the standard spellbook: this would cause pvmers to camp protect magic as they go in and out of the cave trying to escape, susceptible to range / melee

Random ideas:



New Area Effect! : Every completed lap of any agility course restores 100% run energy

-NPC (in dangerous zone! Simon Templeton/Bounty hunter guy at Edgeville) exchanges rooftop agility tokens for 5k each (since staminas are free from emblem trader anyways) and you can collect 10k each from them if you have the sigil that normally gives you 10k for them on the roof and trade them all in for 10k each instead of 5k each)

-Monkey madness 1 caves have a 50% chance of saving chinchompas / ice pouches

-hunting chinchompas yields 5x chinchompas

-Unlock rogues outfit for 25k coins

-sell 25k xp lamps for 25k gp each (4 max per day) allows people to build unique accounts without hp.. all money spent at NPC's / shops goes to a daily drop party in dangerous areas

-3-5x as many dragon / ninja / magpie implings spawn throughout the world in dangerous areas

Sigil Ideas

-Sigil of the shadow monsters: Shadow spells (Ancient Spellbook) are upgraded and have carnivorous scarab swarms spawn on targets body dealing extra damage
shadow rush = extra 5 damage / shadow burst extra 6 damage / shadow blitz extra 7 damage / shadow barrage extra 8 damage

-Sigil of the mad smoker: Smoke spells poison target for 12 damage, every successful hit re-poisons target after using an anti-poison (overpowers antipoisons immunity)

-Sigil of the big burster: All burst spells have 20+ accuracy and add 4+ max hit damage (not stackable with shadow monster) AND 50% chance of saving ice sacks / runes

-Sigil of the Chinchompa master: All chinchompas have 20+ accuracy and max hit is raised by 4+ AND When catching chinchompas you catch 5 per trap instead of 1

-Sigil of the miracle worker: Hunting salamanders yields chinchompas instead of salamanders: Orange salamanders = chinchompas, red salamanders = red chinchompas, black salamanders = black chinchompas

-Sigil of the expert fisherman: fishing lobsters with a lobster pot yields cooked manta rays instead of raw lobsters (same xp and speed as lobsters)

-Sigil of Nature: Boosts damage of earth spells by 1.5x (same as tomb of fire) This would create opportunities for new PK builds + "gets opponents feet muddy" and makes them lose run energy twice as fast as normal from slipping (this spell would cap out around 34-40 damage similar to a rune cbow with matching range levels; Balanced)

-Sigil of the Wind Tunnel: boosts damage of air spells by 1.5x (same as tomb for fire spells) This spell lowers opponents range by 4 until it is -4 below base level

-Sigil of the Superblaster: Blast spells max 4+ damage (including iban blast) wind blast = 17 water blast = 18 earth blast = 19 fire blast = 20 (fire blast with tomb =30)

-Sigil of the Wavemaster: Wave spells max 4+ damage: wind wave = 21 water wave = 22 earth wave = 23 fire wave = 24 fire wave with tomb of fire = 34

Sigil Ideas

-Sigil of resilience heals 10x hp: once HP falls below 75% hp heals 15x: once HP falls below 50% hp heals 20x

Sigil of The Ruthless Ranger: Drains run energy way too fast (Using MSB / darts) and leaves players helpless with 0 run (rag rangers don't even need to use freeze to pk people)
Suggestion: Caps out when opponent is at 25% energy (stops draining energy) and starts doing its extra damage

AREA EFFECTS

-Resting musicians (to restore run energy) located in tactical place: Lumbridge Bridge, Crossroads by Draynor Manor, Falador Park (by sword shop), between Camelot Courthouse and Seers Village flax field, Relleka slayer cave, Glarials Tomb (waterfall quest), Khazard Battlefield, Port Khazard, behind Rimmington house portal by boat docks.

-Being able to take a canoe to any dock in runescape for free (spawns at charter ship) : port sarim / port physmatys / brimhaven / ardougne / ETC

-Tzhaar bank is a safe zone (brings popularity to the area)
Tzhaar weapon store buys weapons and armour for 2x tokkul
Tokkul lost upon death is converted to 8 GP each

-Locked xp gained is counted in total xp and counts towards the XP / GP transfer at end of season (this will inspire more people to pk and play since they are making GP in the background)

-Skulled players in the safe zone have a 10% chance every 0.6 seconds (100% chance after 6 seconds) of being caught by guards (1337). The guards bring the skulled intruder to the Varrock thieving cages for 1 minute and advertise around every city that they caught an intruder and they are being held near Varrock centre! The guards throw tomatoes at them (tomatoes hit 3 damage each) / Bugs eat them alive (dealing 1 damage per second) / Random events attack them: Sandwich lady, M.O.M, troll, Etc (with random max hits that always leave the skulled player at 1 hp) (Guards stop at 1 hp and never kill skulled player). After the 1 minute is up there is 2 spawns at the edge of the city that the skulled player may spawn at and pkers may wait there for the skulled intruder to spawn after he is low food from his 1 minute punishment. The Guards kick the skulled player (literally) out of the city with a big fat 0 giving the skulled player an opportunity to eat up from 1 hp while they are considered in combat for 3 seconds (from the guard kicking a 0) before the waiting pkers attack!

The Wise Old Man at Grand Exchange sells various gnomeballs that have special abilities.

THE "GNOMEBALL" (A Sharp Shiny Spikey Metal version of the Gnomeball)
Version 1:
-Unskulled players inside the safe zone can throw a "Gnomeball" at skulled players outside the safe zone and the Gnomeball does 15 damage (there is a cool down of 15 seconds per gnome ball strike; max 60 damage per minute)
if an unskulled player throw a Gnomeball at a skulled player from inside the safe zone the player has 10 seconds to step into the danger zone and attack the skulled player. the unskulled player does not receive a skull (this gives people without a magic escape (binding spells) a chance to fight pkers without skulling)
This will also give less experienced pkers a chance to kill experienced pkers that aren't prepared to defend against the gnomeball attacks.
example: player 1 and player 2 are standing at Grand Exchange. player 1 and player 2 see pker lurking around entrance and both grab gnome balls. player 1 throws gnomeball at skulled pker then steps into danger zone to fight pker. player 1 is hanging around safezone entrance as an escape and pker is trying to kill player 1 as player 1 steps in range of the safe zone (after 15 seconds has passed) for player 2 to throw a gnomeball at the pker (dealing 15 damage) from the safezone. As player 2 throws gnomeball from safezone and hits pker 15 damage player 2 instantly takes over combat in the fight and now player 2 is in combat with pker (beginning with gnomeball throw damage)

Version 2: Players can throw a "gnomeball" from inside the safe zone that freezes skulled players for 30-60 seconds

Version 3: Players standing inside safe zone can throw a gnomeball that poisons skulled players starting at 8 damage

Version 4: Players standing inside safe zone can throw a gnomeball at skulled player that teleblocks them for 2.5 minutes

Area Effects

-You can only use the same Agility shortcut 2 times every 15 seconds while in combat, then you get blocked (Makes escaping more challenging)

-Sigil of following: When in combat with an opponent you may follow them into mysterious ruins (runecrafting altars) without talismans (your sigil recognizes the path your opponent took and allows you to enter the mysterious ruins), Follow people into holes without your own ropes/light sources (you manage to grab onto your opponents rope and see their light source; light source effect only lasts for 30 seconds! Beware of Bugs!): if an opponent teleports away from you within 10 seconds of combat you may activate the sigil and it instantly teleports you (weather your skulled or not) to the same location; Following them. Activate to "lock onto opponent" Highlights which ladder your opponent went up or down (with multiple ladders around)

New Weapons

Dragon Scimitar (i)

DMM Version 1:
Dragon scimitar (i) uses 55% special attack = 37.5 accuracy boost + Ignores melee prayer + knocks off prayer for 7.5 seconds + infects opponents agility level; lowering it by -10 levels every 3 seconds for 15 seconds

OSRS Version 2: Special attack costs 55%. 37.5 accuracy boost. knocks off prayer for 8.5-10 seconds (enough time to cast 2 teleblock spells)

OSRS Version 3: Special attack costs 50%. 25 accuracy boost. knocks off prayer for 5 seconds


Corrupt dragon / rune Dagger
40 attack requirement. Special attack uses 25% energy. half of damage done from special attack is taken from opponents run energy example (dds spec 12-18 = -15 run energy)


Corrupt Lunar Staff requires 60 attack + 60 magic to wield
45 stab, 57 slash, 59 str bonus (near 80% Melee stats of SOTD)
USES:
(infinite astrals for making teletabs/training magic):
Best escape staff (pkers splash)
Tribrid Staff Bash Pking

V1: 15+ magic accuracy; 20+ magic defence
V2: 10+ magic accuracy; 25+ magic defence
V3: 17+ magic accuracy; 17+ magic defence


Bone crossbow spec unlock + nerf:
V1: Spec drains enemy run energy by the damage done and gives it to you (works on NPC's)
V2: Spec saps enemy health and gives it to you (works on NPC's)

Finale Ideas:

-5 Different Combat Bracket Finals:
55 cb (Max Obby mauler / Def pure / Baby Hybrid)
75 cb (Max G mauler / 60 attack pure / Obby Maul Defence)
95 cb (Max Zerker / 60 Attack Barrows Pure)
110 cb (Max Barrows Pure)
126 cb (Max Main)


Smooth Final Hour Procedure:

Phase 1: turn off all combat in each DMM world

Phase 2: tell all players to move accounts to a newly added area that is exclusively reserved for the DMM finals (example: all players take a boat to a small island near pest control and the island is added into all OSRS worlds temporarily for the finals (this will give jagex the option to run the events on any of the 400 worlds and prevent ddosers from targetting specific servers at specific times)

Phase 3: have a chat dialogue NPC waiting to schedule fights. all players must talk to NPC and select a fight time that fits their schedule (if player does not log in then they forfeit)

Phase 4: At the time of scheduled fight both players must be logged into the DMM server world where a moderator automatically transfers their account to regular OSRS on a secret world that nobody knows about except jagex

Phase 5: At the time of the scheduled fight the 2 players accounts are transfered to the OSRS server and are locked onto the "fight island" where they have 1 minute to prepare to fight.

Phase 6: the winner is able to access their bank to restock food then an NPC / Jagex moderator schedules a new fight time for their next opponnent
TOURNAMENT LENGTH ESTIMATED AT 5 DAYS (200 fights per day; 8/Hr)

-Allow players to lock "combat" experience (Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, Hitpoints, Prayer) but allow them to continue receiving *slayer / agility* / skill experience

-Allow players to lock specific combat stats: Attack, Strength, Defence, Ranged, Magic, Hitpoints, Prayer (helping players build unique accounts using quest rewards / training)

-Top 2k players get 1GP on OSRS for every 1 Experience they collected in DMM
