Could we charge the amulet of the eye with binding necklaces at the cost of abyssal perals? Only to be used in the GOTF minigame to prevent it from being overpowered, thank you for your time and consideration!

To clarify, using binding necklaces + abyssal perals to charge it as getting elemental points at GOTR lowers xp rates and it would serve as an incentive to no longer only craft only catalytic runes bringing more of a balance instead of the downward spiral we've seen over the last year
