able to use normal magic short bow and mithril crossbow up to mithril bolts up atleast blue dhide for melee should allow basic dragon items such as dlong dchain dlegs dmed helm d sq shield for magic xeric items since these items are hardly used to members in the first place iron darts magic battlestaves just the basic ones maybe glory uncharged or amulet of the demand and could just do 10% less damage since in free to play and auto maticly change your spellbook to normal if you run out of members maybe dragon battleaxe but gives str like a str pot does and monk fish as the new food maybe a new cape that will give less stats the obby but requires atleast 40 def and obviously they will have to compeleted the quest in members to use these items/objects

I think you got the wrong board. Regular RuneScape has corrupt dragon for level 60 and rune is level 50. Using quest enable to get dragon equipment require to open up member areas. Ranger already have blue dragonhide armor, magic bows plus composite with rune arrow, throwing item upto rune and rune crossbow with rune bolts all upto level 50. Mage have armor and weapon upto 50 as well.
