Notify about action taken on reporting.
I've probably reported like a thousand spammers at G.E for selling disallowed services, scam, phising and botting.
Would be nice to know how many of them got muted at the very least?

If you think about it if You report 100 times then Jagex ban them. That means Jagex has to send you 100 messages. If that were to happen that means Jagex have to ban 100 less accounts just to be able to send you the messages.

Jagex can't send you anything due to the Laws in the UK about Data Protection. Any messages sent would be to the Account Holder only telling them the account is banned. If the account is hacked it will be locked awaiting for the account holder to recover it.

Sorry but there is no way Jagex will send anyone any messages about banning accounts as it would cost a fortune and 100's of hours of staff time. Who would pay the extra for that?

It's also worth noting that Jagex does deal with abuse reports as best they can. Jmods responsible for these specific areas often post statistics on how many accounts they ban for certain rule breaking like botting for instance.

I'd also wager that for certain things like botting it might be counterproductive for Jagex to send you a notification (even if they could legally) because it would be a de facto test by botters to see how effective their detection systems are.
