@ninjatt Excuse me? Are you saying that you’re threatening me? Are you insinuating that it’sa threat because summoning sucks and you know it’ll ruin OSRS? I’m just tired of that one person going after EVERYBODY on this thread that disagrees with your shitty summoning. It’s not coming to the game, get over it Ninjatt. You can go play RS3 though for the summoning you crave so badly.

It’s almost like you have a solution in your hands but you refuse to see it. XD see ya kid.

Having played Runescape for 20 years on this account, seeing the rise and fall of RS Classic, and the years leading to EoC, Runescape certainly has changed much. Admittedly I enjoyed Summoning when it came out (mostly that I had a friend to follow me around).

However, in hind site there was a fairly large power creep that I think at the time Jagex had a difficult time addressing, which for the most part, they didn't. The Jmods have spoken clearly that Summoning will not return to OSRS, which is okay. What they can do is continue to add quality of life mechanics to the game.

With that said, I know it's difficult to please everyone and I'm sure the devs recognize that. Many people have already mentioned the pitfalls of reintroducing Summoning to the game as well so I won't repeat that. It would be great if Jagex could introduce more skills that are true to the core of this game, which I think they will in due time.

Thus, I do not support bringing Summoning to OSRS. I do hear you though, let's hope they can bring some neat skills/features in the future rather than focusing on the past.
