Please Buff Dark Bow for PVM

Hey!

I was wondering if we could tweak the Dark Bow to actually be more useful in PVM. Could we change the rapid fire setting to fire a couple of tics faster at the cost of some range or accuracy of the second arrow? I've always wanted to use this bow but because civilizations wax and wane in-between bow shots I just don't have the patience to use it. As an ironman I was so excited when I managed to grind up the slayer levels to get one, but then was crestfallen when I realized that it was less effective than my Karil's. Would it really hurt to tweak this bow? I don't feel it would throw off the Meta.

I don't think it's worth tweaking things for no apparent reason even if it wouldn't break the meta.

Is there a niche in PvM that is lacking that the tweak could fill?
