Can we get all quest reward XP changed to manual picking to our like instead of it being automatic set. As a 1 def player I would love to get quest Cape without getting def XP I think the challenge would great, as of right now I can't complete some of the quest because it gives defense XP which is a bummer. Little cheese big cheese?

I'm of the view that restricted choices in rewards are usually because of the lore of the quest. i.e it would be inappropriate for a quest like Druidic Ritual to give constructon xp. But I think opting out of defence xp entirely is a fair call.

How is that limited myself to content?? As a 1 def ironman wanting to engage on harder quest. With 1 def isn't trying to limit myself to content it actually trying a new method with lower def. But if I wasn't trying to do the quest is limited myself to harder content . Little cheese big cheese?

You choose not to do anything that involves defense. That's your choice and that is your limit. The game was set up that way and changing it is not likely to pass a poll. Similar changes have been rejected.

Every build has its advantages, and its disadvantages. Like many before you, you want the advantages of being a 1 defense and yet you demand the disadvantages be removed.
