According to wiki:
New account trade restrictions
New Free-to-play accounts have trade restrictions in place until the account's logged in time surpasses 20 hours of game time, 10 or more quest points are acquired, and reaching 100 total level. Such restrictions include a block from selling items on the Grand Exchange. This restriction is in place to help prevent botted and black-market goods from entering the economy, as many of the accounts are caught and banned before they can be logged in for 20 hours in total.
Yet f2p can go straight to wildy as a new account with these restrictions on their account and as a result of having these restrictions still on their account, are able to keep their items even if skulled and 1 prayer (no access to protect item so they should lose +1).
Can we change this by disabling the ability for f2p accounts with the 25k limit active on their new account from entering wildy until they have bypassed their new account restriction? F2p pkers are taking advantage of this to risk nothing.
If they were already in wildy when access to wildy was revoked due to being on 25k limit, automatically teleport them outside of the wildy even if in deep wildy.
I'm not saying block f2p from ever accessing wildy, just new throwaway accounts to be able to not risk their +1's against f2p players who've spent enough time to not have a 25k limit.
F2p already can't access pvp worlds if they're a new acc, so this is just being consistent.
