Hey, just a detail I noticed about the different Dwarf minecart safety protocols, dunno how many have noticed before either. The Dwarfs of Kourend don't care if you have your cat/kitten on the ground before you enter the minecart network, but the Dwarfs that shuttle us between the Grand Exchange and the Dwarf Kingdom of Keldagrim insist on us having our pets in our inventory before boarding. Are we ever going to see a consistent ruling on this clear violation of safety rules in Kourend or are the Keldagrim Dwarfs going to change their protocols to get with the times?
