As a skill, with items never to be used in the rest of the map, no way!
But i had an idea, which if people would like could post as an original idea.
In the mostly undefined sailing skill theres plenty of room for these generating loops and repeatable content...
Like for instance an eara shrouded in mists, that contain shipwrecks/covers/grottos with proceduraly generated structures and bosses.
Or a deep sea diving area, that je can explore (also proceduraly generated) like reefs/wrecks/canyons. With the old Jules Verne diving suits with oxigen hoses and such wich would limit distance/time traveled and would give a heap of potential tiers and upgrades.
