AshenCasuals
is a social clan formed in August 2022, with a small but active and dedicated core group of members. We’re looking to get more like-minded players to join us and help grow this special community we’ve made for ourselves.

Everyone is welcome in

, however we’d like to point out that this is not a PvM or PvP oriented clan. We have members that do both, and some members regularly go out bossing, however this is not a key focus of the clan. We find that new and returning players particularly find
AshenCasuals
to be a fitting home for them. Our Discord and general chat is fairly SFW, but we do ask that you only join if you're 18 or over.

We span multiple continents, though our quietest time is UK working hours. Evenings in both the UK and USA are well populated, but not so much so that the chat becomes confusing and hard to follow as you find in larger clans.

EVENTS


Events we run include semi regular skill of the week, boss of the week, and member of the month events. These are run and funded by our staff team. Impromptu events are allowed, and members are encouraged to approach us if they have an idea. Want to do something at a certain time? Happy to run it yourself? Let us know and we’ll do an @everyone shoutout for you in the Discord!

Whilst not a regular event at this point in time, we have also run corp using our dedicated clan account to hold an instance, and a shared max house system so noone misses out. We don’t believe in requirements. As long as you can survive a few kills, bring your dragon spear and you’re welcome to an even split.

RANKING


Ranks are gained through a combination of time in the clan and overall contribution. You’re not required to do anything whatsoever, however if you’ve been particularly helpful and friendly we like to acknowledge that. Officers are encouraged to understand and recognise individual members as best we can.

Our ranking system uses the OSRS main gemstones of Sapphire-Zenyte, with the Emerald rank being granted after one week in the clan. There are also separate ranks for officers.

STAFF TEAM


Our staff team acts as a council, guiding the clan without any emphasis on authority. Our staff team comprises of:

CheddarBeard
- Founder of the clan, UK. I was formerly the co-owner of another clan, which I left on amicable terms to start my own community. My experience allowed me to start this clan quickly, and get things running to the standard I set out to achieve.

Ratlum
- Co-owner, Canada. Ratlum joined within the first few days of the clan, and showed a similar mindset to myself. Ratlum is patient, with a positive outlook and an understanding of what this clan already is, and can continue to be.

Kploz
- Co-owner, USA. KP joined the clan on day one, as a returning player after leaving the game around the EOC era. KP has proven himself to be of excellent character, with serious dedication to the game. An exceptionally fast learner, KP has a heart of gold, and true dedication to both the clan and the wider game.

AshenUsurper
- Officer, USA. Genuinely usurped his way to the top. His username is sheer coincidence. Ash is our most recent addition and has been a thoroughly involved member of the clan and a dedicated ironman for his entire time with us.
