A Canadian university handed out condoms with safe notes stapled on them.
In one of the more unfortunate funny facts: A Canadian university’s attempt to promote safe sex went horribly wrong when they handed out condoms with stapled notes. The staples had punctured the condoms, basically defeating its purpose.
