How do you drink your Coffee?

It starts
with specific green beans for a perfect roasted blend. 30% columbian supremo dark roasted for maximum smokey bitterness. 20% medium-dark roasted Brazilian for solidly framed body. 40% Ethiopian arabica kongo roasted in medium for optimal mixture of sweetness and sourness that tastes like mix of blueberries and mountain berries. Lastly, 10% of Panama geisha medium roasted in order to extract just a right amount of harmony of chocolaty yet delicate tanginess to add oomf to the blend.
All the beans must be selectively roasted separately then rested for full 48 hours in order to release the gas within the beans for optimal flavor when grounded.
When the blended coffee beans are ready, it must be extracted with an Italian expresso machine (preferably La marzocco linea semi-automatic lines) capable of delivering constant 9 bar of pressure/196~200 degrees Fahrenheit for a perfect extraction.
Then, prepare a Franz porcelain papillon teacup by pre-heating it with a hot water (must be around 160 degrees Fahrenheit and pH: 6.5 ~ 7).
If it's before noon, double shot of an espresso for a hot americano. If it's afternoon, I would add just a single shot.
Right after adding the shot to the cup, start the ritual by savoring the aroma, then articulate fortune of the day by the shapes of the crema of the coffee on the surface. Finally, enjoy the coffee with a single sip for the crema for buttery sweetness, then drink after 3 gentle blow to the surface of the coffee.
