Hi zilyana dad,

Most player usually have their private chat to friends to prevent spamming, scamming, scouting (wilderness content) and any toxic messages/behaviour. I noticed you were in the Clan Chat but you did not try to reach out to anyone there regarding joining. I also had my private to public and did not receive a message from you. Usually staff member have other clan members added.

There are other ways of joining the clan via posting in forums or joining the discord (link in the front page)
