ARTICLE I. NAME AND PURPOSE
We the Sexy of OSRS, in Order to form a more perfect clan, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Saradomin to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Sexy Memers.

ARTICLE II. MEMBERSHIP

Section A. REQUIREMENTS
1. All OSRS players in good standing and without infraction are permitted to join the Sexy Memers.

Section B. RIGHTS

Section C. WITHDRAWAL OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Members may have their membership withdrawn for failure to adhere to the requirements for membership as stated above.
2. Members may withdraw their membership at anytime for whatever reason.
3. Withdrawal of membership does not preclude the opportunity to rejoin the clan unless otherwise specified.

ARTICLE III. OFFICERS

Section A. OFFICER TITLES

Owner
Deputy Owner
Prodigy (Blue Flame)
Legacy (Gray Flame)
Burnt (Yellow Flame)
Firemaker (Red Flame)

Section B. DUTIES

The Owner shall be tasked with running the clan and delegating tasks to other members.

Section C. REQUIREMENTS

1. Promotion to an officer role is influenced by:

A. ACTIVITY. — Members who regularly participate in the clan chat, discord, and events.
B. PROFESSIONALISM. — Maturity is a requirement for an officer position.
C. TENURE. — Priority will be given to long-term members and seniority.
D. GENIALITY. — Officer positions will be considered to members who exhibit kindness and collegiality.
E. INVESTMENT. — Members who actively recruit new players.

2. Promotions to the moderation team requires the unanimous approval from current active officers.

3. Promotions within the moderation is at the discretion of the Owner based.

4. Officers may be asked to step down from their current role by Owner or Deputy Owner for behavior unbefitting to the clan. ¸„•*¨`°‹¸ .¸¤ ° ¤,

ARTICLE IV. VOTING

Section A. ELIGIBILITY

1. All members who have attained an Oak rank or higher and hold good standing may vote on matters proposed before the clan.

Section B. PROCEDURE

1. Oak rank or higher members may motion for a proposal that will require a Senior member of Willow or higher to second. A simple majority is required to pass.
2. A poll will be announced on the discord in oak-willow-maple-yews that will run for 48-72 hours that may be voted on by Oak members or higher.
3. Officers reserve the right to halt the voting process if a proposal poses imminent harm or damage to the clan.
4. Only one vote may occur at a time.

ARTICLE V. AMENDMENTS AND BY LAWS

Section A. BY-LAWS

1. By-laws can be amended or added as described in Article IV Section B.
2. Voting on changes must be held for 48-72 hours or until an insurmountable majority is established. A quorum of voters is required to pass changes equal to 20% of the total clan capacity of voting members excluding alt accounts.
3. Approved changes will be implemented shortly if no objection from the admin team.
4. Changes that do not pass with simple majority are barred from reproposal without significant alterations ¸„•*¨`°‹¸ .¸¤ ° ¤,
