Quite frankly, this is a simple answer to me. I started with NT a little over a year ago; and this family alone is the reason I still play this game. I work a full time job, with big boy responsibilities like everyone else. I refuse to make this wonderful game a job for me to come home to. My goal for this family will always be: A mid-size group of like-minded individuals who want more to PvM then hopping in a CC and asking to boss. A group of FRIENDS to enjoy this game. While you will never see 50+ people in the CC at one time, you will always have a group of genuine people to enjoy OSRS with
~We welcome players of all interests, we have a friendly regular group of players and have content to interest skillers and PVM'ers alike.
~We all share a love for Runescape and maintain an environment that is free from the toxicity that oftentimes makes playing this game less enjoyable. This is a group where you will not be looked down on for your lack of gear, or in game progress, but will reward those who gain higher levels and the ability to participate in more content and events.
~We have an active clan chat with members of various levels, interests, and personalities. We are a friendly group and avoid conflict while enjoying friendly banter. We accept and enjoy everyone's unique personality which includes being accepting of everyone who is friendly and agreeable.
~We have moderation, without the typical "power hungry" traits that are often seen in other clan chats. We do have rules which are enforced, but we have found friendly warnings and discussions are more effective than instant kicks or bans of those who might unknowingly break a rule. We are flexible, but we do remove problematic individuals as to preserve the integrity of our group.
~We are open to input! This group will grow and be influenced by members and suggestions and ideas to improve the clan are always

Chat Rules
~NonToxic RS is our name, but it is also represents how this clan should act. Conflict with other members should be kept at a minimum, or handled via private messages. Do not insult or create conflict with other members, players with overall toxic attitudes and behaviors will be given less leniency regarding kicks / bans.
~Follow Jagex's rules- Do not promote Real world trading, Botting, Scamming, or activities of the like.
~No racism, sexism, or discrimination toward anyone will be tolerated. No sexual comments or conversations. This chat is friendly to all regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, whatever- we don't hate here, and anyone who does will be banned.
~Profanity is not entirely against the rules, but if it becomes vulgar or obscene, a temporary kick may result. Profanity can be used sparingly and appropriately, but overuse is not enjoyable for anyone to read or have a conversation with.
~Obscene or offensive account names are against Jagex's rules, and will be removed from the chat if not changed. This removal would be lifted upon changing to an appropriate name.
~Think before you comment, random ramblings and things that could be considered "spam" will result in a temporary kick or ban if it becomes habitual.
~Do not ask for rank in the chat, it will decrease the odds of promotion. Rank discussion should be facilitated through a private message to a clan leader.
~Idle in the clan chat when you are online. If it is suspected that you are in multiple clans, you will not be invited to PVM, and may be removed from the clan.

~PVM in groups often has the risk of being cheated out of your loot by other members, these rules should help to minimize that through the use of our existing rank structure.
~PVM with non-ranked players at your own risk!
~Valuable loot will be traded to the highest attending (over three stripes) rank at the earliest opportunity.
*The highest attending rank can determine when / if this is necessary.
*If there is not a member with at least a three stripe rank present, keep your loot and split at the end of the trip. A member with three stripes or higher rank will have proven trustworthiness to earn that rank.
~Loot will be split evenly unless agreed upon before the trip starts. Tank tax will ONLY be available when a group is NOT ABLE to find a tank, and someone volunteers to tank to benefit the team.
~If a member dies or disconnects, the member is entitled to split from all drops that they were present for, regardless of when they return.
~If a member needs to go AFK, the time they will return should be agreed upon, and drops received during the agreed time will still be split with that member. If they do not return during the agreed time, they are only owed drops they were present for. The AFK time should not exceed 20 minutes, but at least 5 minutes should be given.
~All valuable drops should be captured via screenshot. If you feel like it might be valuable enough for someone to run off with it, you should screenshot it. We don't tolerate scammers, and we want to ensure that they can be identified and removed if they scam here.
~Items you might need to borrow for a PVM trip will need collateral.
~Screenshots should be taken whenever you feel something may have been done in a dishonest or unfair way.

The ranking of 3 Stripes will not be associated with any specific combat level, total level, or any length of time in the clan. A ranking of 3 stripes is a trusted rank, having being vouched for by the entire leadership team.
Bronze Star (CC Mod/Raid Leader*-
Must have majority approval from Gold + Silver. Has previously met the requirements to earn all other ranks leading to Bronze Star. This rank takes much longer to earn than lower ranks, and promotion beyond this rank is not common.
*Raid leader rank will be given to those who have demonstrated ability to instruct, lead, and regularly participate in raids with the clan.
Silver Star (Event Manager/Clan Moderator)-
Promotion to Silver indicates a great deal of trust and responsibility given to this member. Has met and progressed through all other ranks, proved trustworthiness with moderation ability as a Bronze Star rank, and is promoted to this rank indicate seniority within a moderation role, along with assisting in running the clan.
Gold Star-
Founding members.

Ranks are not the end-all method of identifying value in this clan, but ranks do stand for something and do represent a member's value and allegiance to the clan.
~Activity and consistent presence in the clan chat.
~Following the clan rules and Jagex's rules.
~Recruiting and keeping the thread active.
~Attending clan events, interacting with other clan members, and lending a hand when needed.
~Organizing events and activities.
~Staying in touch with clan leadership regarding the well being of the clan when leadership may be absent.
~Progress in game via stats, whether combat or skilling stats.
~Diplomacy when conflict may arise.
~Showing that they can be trusted with drops through PVM events if applicable.
~Showing knowledge and experience in the game.
~Embodiment of a NonToxic player, being the type of player that makes this community better, not one of the many who make it worse.
Losing Rank
Losing rank is uncommon, but the following actions may result in rank loss.
~Poor attitudes to other players, inside and outside of this clan.
~Racism, sexism, or otherwise toxic behavior in the clan chat or discord.
~Unexplained inactivity / absence for long periods of time. This does not mean a week or two, but if you appear to have left the clan, your rank may be reduced. This plays more of a factor as higher rank is obtained.
~Discussion of topics forbidden in the rules after warnings or temporary kicks.
~Failing to maintain the requirements of rank. EX: If a three stripe member suddenly develops an attitude and stops participating in the clan's activities, or a star rank abuses their rank and kicks a member inappropriately, rank may be reduced.
