About us

Soldaten is a Dutch and Belgian community focused around Social and PvM. Our aim is to establish a laid-back, friendly and mature social environment, in combination with a fun and profitable PvM experience. Soldaten was created near the end of 2019 and underwent enormous growth since then. With almost a full roster we have become quite big. From new players to high level ironmans and maxed out players known in every game mode, our game-knowledge is immense.

How to join

In order to join Soldaten, head over to your clan chat in-game. Click on the two green smileys and mouse your way to the bottom right. Click on ‘find’ and type Soldaten. Now press ‘Chat’.

Nice! You have joined our clan chat as a guest. Now you can just chill and hang out.

Do you like Soldaten and do you want to apply?
There are no starting requirements to join. However, joining our Discord server is mandatory to obtain any rank. Ask a Cadet rank or higher in our CC and they will be more than happy to help.

Current Activities


PvM

Current PvM activities include Chambers of Xeric (CoX), Challenge Mode (CM), Theatre of Blood (ToB), God Wars Dungeon (GWD), Corporeal Beast (Corp) and Nightmare of Ashihama (NM). We organize learner raids for CoX & CM with various gear setups and are willing to teach other PvM activities as well, just ask! And of course we will be participating actively in Raids 3!

Events & PoH

Besides PvM activites we like to organize various events. These include PvM Masses, Skilling Weeks, Hide & Seek, PvM Bingo and more! Furthermore, the clan is apart of a collective group of Dutch and Belgian clans with which we organize clan vs. clan events. In addition to this, we have our own ‘Soldaten’ Player Owned House (PoH). In this fancy looking, fresh maxed house we gather around for certain activities or in-game parties. Added to that is the clan hall, where we can listen to awesome piano music played by yours truly.

Ranking system

The difference between most of the current clans and our clan is that our ranking system isn’t about points or certain in-game achievements. A large part of our clan is focussed around socalizing. Therefore, the ranks are based on time and in-game, as well as Discord activity.

Guest
- When you first join you will receive the Minion rank. The Minion rank stands for Trial-member. You have joined our CC and Discord and in the upcoming days you can see if Soldaten suits you well.

Recruit
- After being active for a longer period of time, you will get your Recruit rank. Welcome, you are now an official member of Soldaten! Be nice, have fun and help others where needed will result in a rank-up after a while.

Corporal
,
Novice
,
Sergeant
&
Cadet

After receiving your fresh Recruit rank you will become eligible to be promoted to abovementioned ranks. Starting with Corporal all the way to Cadet. As mentioned previously ranks are based on time, in-game and Discord activity. Make sure to enjoy the game, be active and help others!

Lieutenant
- The Bronze star, known as the Lieutenant rank, is an honorable and respected rank. Players with this rank have been in the clanchat for a long time, are active in-game, are active on Discord in voice and text channels, are willing to help others and put effort into the clan.

Marshal
- These ranks are reserved for Staff members. Staff members have worked their way through the ranks above and have different roles, which can be found in our Discord.

Rules


House rules

• All Jagex Rules apply.
• Only Dutch language in the clanchat, as well as the Discord.
• Toxic behaviour is not allowed.
• Do not use insulting usernames.
• Talking about staking (staketalk) or deathmatching is not allowed.
• If you have a problem with someone, use the PM function.
• No scamming or luring, or we will contact Runewatch.
• Promotion of RWT will result in a permanent ban.
• Do not beg for in-game items or GP.
• Gear loans are at your own risk.
• PKing of members is not allowed.
• Spoiling movies/series will result in a kick.
• Namechanges must be declared to a staff member.
• Multi-clanning is not allowed. The use of other clanchats for certain activities that we are not centered around, such as pking or skilling, is allowed.

Split rules

• All drops over 2M must be split.
• CoX drops under 10M are FFA.
• At Corporeal Beast only sigils are split.
• Ironmans are obligated to announce if they split or not.
• The above is not applicable if the team between themselves makes any changes to them.
