Ayo, I've been playing OS a bit more lately and am looking for a clan to ease back into the game with.

Although I am open to any clan that meets a majority of my criteria would definitely be preferred. I am looking for;
a relatively small and active clan (I would like to develop relationships with my clan members, and not have a fresh crop of clan members every time I log in)
A ranking system which rewards activity and general helpfulness but does not rely on a silly arbitrary point system.
A clan which enjoys helping one another (with advice/suggestions, not so much lending of money and items) as I will definitely have some silly questions as I ease into things.
A late night presence (West Coast USA/OCE) seem to be the best for my play times but having people all over is preferable.
