Brief introduction: Veteran player, almost maxed in what would become RS3, quit when EOC hit. Now I'm back with a vengeance, and looking to finish what I started. Also, I plan to do so very efficiently, but am not fully up to date yet with all new content. I don't do combat at the moment because of my own restrictions, which is proving to be a challenge in finding a community since most "social" clans still focus on PvM, and most skilling communities don't allow low levels. Where do I belong?
