Brief introduction: 25 yo and played rs3 for a while but quit shortly after eoc. Used to be an event organiser in a popular clan during my time on rs3. Returned to OSRS at the start of lockdown and been activly playing since working towards DS2 (20 QP to go). Recently finished RFD and Exiles and currently saving for a basilisk jaw.

They fail to welcome new members and the leaders used their clans to massage their ego. Being ignored sucks and you weren't allowed to point that out.
