iron worlds make irons easier?

Do you think having ironman only worlds make ironmen easier then mains? This specifically addresses wildness content because irons don't have to engage with pkers. I need my blue charms back.

ironmen also pk.

they dont get the loot bu they like to pk. especially the 10hp pures as they dont get xp.
