Rose to 9.7m today new record leagues hype.

Still only 9.5 mil and a touch below Record highs of closer to 9.6 mil a couple of weeks ago.

Whatever Leagues "hype" is evidently and logically fading now as it is late for new players to come in and participating players are reaching their goal and bowing out soon. We are definitely seeing much less concurrent players now than a week or two ago when OSRS Bond was 10% lower.

Whatever more probable reasons for absurd OSRS bond price are unnatural prices of some items like tbows should logically be far out of favor now than years ago with newer and similiar, if not even better, and much cheaper alternatives.

New GE high @ 9.62 mil gp per now, on a day with almost 20% less concurrent players from the peak. It doesn't seem to be an explanation just from the usual IRL supply and demand of membership.
A better explanation is people manipulating the price.

Nobody can tell as the OSRS economy is operated under a black box. Nobody knows how GE Tax bailout funds are being used on what items... among even more opaque info on the botting situations that directly affect inflation. I'll guess the insane historical high bond price is a reflection of both factors.

The OSRS economy is hardly laissez-faire, and the market is extremely inefficient especially when the Invisible Hand hasn't been releasing relevant news on their fiscal policies for years.

Anyway, OSRS Bond price is approaching the 8 figure price. When do you think we will see OSRS Bond over 10 mil each?

As a educated consumer, I believe at least I need to see what my currencies will be paying for before I buy a product, right?

Nah! Before we see anything other than Leagues 4 on a roadmap or something similar the coming month if not months, OSRS bonds aren't worth much to me, let alone 30M.

Personally i think 14 days aint shit. Im not gonna get anything done in 14 days let alone make my money back. weather its 80m on rs3 or 9m on osrs. I mean yea theoretically i COULD make that money back but it would require alot of my free time (which is already limited) and at that point its like working a minimum wage job its barely worth it. Not when i can work irl and make money for 2 month of mems in 1 hour of work then yeah thats the better deal in every way. I dont get these people who use bonds for mems unless youve been playing for so long u got maxed in like 2002 and have all this gold you dont need, or your a scammer with mountains of max cash stax no one has that kind of money to blow 9m / 80m every 14 days.

Id pay 2.5m for 14 days tops in either game.
OSRS - Filled with harassers sad...~
- Give me Private Hiscores this should not be public information! Goodbye Forumers its been fun.

I can easily make 5 mil gp an hour doing numerous things even AFK-ish like POP, POF, Dream of Iaia, and in general it is over 10 mil an hour on the average if I go with clues and pvm. That's how I fund my membership. Without RS3 Premier Club, I won't be playing OSRS.

As for OSRS, it is not worth wasting the gp for bonds and membership now. Whatever little OSRS gp I can earn will be on buying minor items. Well, how much OSRS gp do you think
we need to buy a level of Sailing leech?

OSRS Bond broke through the 10 mil barrier and hit 10.2 mil gp.

The interesting fact is concurrent player count has plummeted almost 50% from December to the 110k range (or even 100k days ago).

Anybody has any explanation on this?

Do you think OSRS Bonds are getting more usage... perhaps like what the OSRS Annual Survey in December 2023 asked us: how interested are you in buying in game advantages with real money?
