Unable to join chat channel

Hello,

I'm unable to join the OSRS SOA chat channel.

I get the "Attempting to join chat-channel..." and nothing happens no matter how long I wait.

I have logged in and out, closed my client still no luck.

Anyone have any ideas? Was hoping to get Hero's Quest done tonight

To add; I can join other chat channels such as the Barb Assault

This may be because the chat channel is full. If I remember correctly the interface does not specify that this is the case.
