but the monster cannot be summoned like the summoning skill. the monster can only be enchanted and moved around the map and has a long cool down per player.
the monsters and npcs are variable in their cool down time depending on their level. this can also be used with the thieving skill blending in for a compounding variable. such as the player in the dungeon pretends to be a one of the monsters but when clicked on he is actually a real player and throws off the opponent. and in addition enchants the monsters in the dungeon as well at the same time.
these two additions will make the non pvp worlds interesting as there would be more risk and rare interval pvp to which casual civilian players will be attracted to watch and cheer the occurrence.
also it will add a pvp dynamic hide and seek element to the game which could be built upon with further idea additions later to make it more intresting, and overal hide and seek element is extremely attractive game element to begin with in the huge map of runescape and itll incentivize to populate the more dying areas of the map.
also in the mid pvp worlds with the blending in factors players with high thieving skill can hide their username and create a more creepy factor when they travel in areas such as bedabin camp that any npc could be a real player and their username is not even visible. so a player could be hiding there in ambush for a long time to get a good drop on players looking to try their luck in the mid pvp worlds. but once he attacks the civilians in the area will always engage the instigator in these worlds. and areas such as isfadar are safer due to the high combat levels of the npc. so players could run their for safety if teleblocked. but then again at the sametime the pker maybe experience and able to handle even the npcs.
performing these acts and getting killed as pker in mid pvp worlds are extremely risky though as they will throw you back many levels if effectively captured in ALL worlds.
