Not a scammer, friends with scammers or "back up" as you state I am.
And this is exactly the reason why Jagex does not permit the naming and shaming of others on the forums - there is no way to prove that said accusations are true.
If you believe that a player is participating in a scam or is scamming others, the only place that should be reported is via the in-game report system, as that will capture the appropriate information for Jagex to investigate. The forums are not the appropriate avenue for in-game rulebreaking to be reported, and often times attempting to explain how a scam works ends up giving information to others on how they could potentially scam players which isn't what anyone wants.
