Elite clue step is bugged

Hello, idk if I should make a post here or somewhere on twitter, but I have an elite clue step that is not working.

The step is to fix a magical lamp in dorgesh-kaan, I have tried completing the step about 4 times now and it will not register. I have tried logging out and then doing it, tried dropping the clue picking it back up and then doing it, and every time I fix the lamp it does not complete.

So idk if anybody else has experienced this or has a fix for it.
