Hi Jagex
i left my previous group and upon visiting the node i pressed the wrong button and now my bank has been deleted (no in game warning popped up saying this would happen)
i can't find any way to contact jagex please can you help me and restore my account thank you

Items can't be returned or refunded! Time to rebuild and move on! Update securities such password etc!

Unfortunately, if you choose to retain your ranked GIM status and stay on the GIM Hiscores then, yes, all your tradeable and member items are removed.
This is not reversible as you have made the choice.
The problem was, you didn't research what would happen and what choices you could make.
