Not sure where to post this, so I do apologize.

While mining in Motherlode Mine, as I was going back and forth from the deposit and sack, depositing ores, I had a genie wanting my attention. I already clicked on the deposit box, and as I clicked on the genie, he disappeared as he waved, and nothing showed up in my inventory. The Genie just showed up, I literally clicked on him immediately. Within a second or two. So I know he did not disappear from me not responding to him.

Sounds like the interaction with the deposit box and clicking on the genie right after caused the genie's code to think he's deposited a lamp into your inventory when he didn't, maybe the npc's coding dismissed the genie if too many actions were done by the player at once.

Hey Alck,

Firstly, thank you for using your initiative and reporting the bug somewhere rather than nowhere after finding an issue within the game. For future reference you can report in-game bugs by right clicking the the report abuse box next to the trade tab in game. If you're using the Runelite plugin this will be where your session play timer is located instead.

Unfortunately, it's not quite a bug. When random events chase you, all of them disappear when you enter the bank interface, or when you teleport away. I had it happen to me as well: genie popped up right as I was about to teleport. GG xp, but that's unfortunately how it's done now.
