I think the more you become active within the community you'll gain the attention of the right people. Player Moderators are not who they used to be but what they've evolved into is truly something remarkable.

I have been a Pmod from 2010 -2020. Got demodded for inactivity (6months) i was unable to play due to work/health reasons. Anyway, after 3 Yrs still not part of the pmod team again its a mixed feeling.
