I think make rebalance pmods .. make more effective .. we dont see any in game ..
make a less worked or no online mods demote and get more new p mods ... also everyone want pmod ... its my dream please choose me p mod team ... note : rebalance Pmods .. kick or demote less worked or unwanteds and get news .. not select em all 126 and get low lvls to chance ...
Support, what's the point of a character being a pmod if they hardly play the game? If they hardly play then they will moderate even less.
"
Player Moderators will lose their moderator status when not logged in with a good play session within a 3 month period
." -Wiki
Reduce this period to within a 6 week period. Turn over the mods that aren't active and replace them with one that actually is and therefore has time to moderate while playing.
I believe Player Moderators have their status removed if there's over 3 months without significant playing time.
As stated above, there's more Pmods around than you realise, they just tend to keep to themselves in public, unless it's necessary that they get involed.

For your information being invited to the Player moderator team has nothing to do with having a high combat level - sure you will see a lot of combat level 126 player moderators around but there are quite a few that have lower combat levels and stats
heck
there are even level-3 player moderators around.
Having a higher level based account sure allows you to go places and, theoretically, know more about the game and it’s end game areas, but at the end it all comes down to you as a person, your knowledge about the game and understanding it’s rules and so on; not being chosen for being combat level 126.
There are quite a few around. I bump into a handful of them every other day. Some do bite! >.>
jks
Ooh, shiny things!

I find this funny because back in the day you'd have the "wanna be mods", which we have seen died down in the modern years of RuneScape. Nobody has noted that the author of the post wants to become a mod. Just play the game and maybe one day you will be chosen. If you're playing to become a mod, it's not going to happen.
Think everyone has summed it up but you won't notice a pmod unless they speak in chat so rest assured there's a lot more pmods in game than you might think.
It's also known that asking for pmod status isn't a way to become a pmod. You get hand picked for playing the game in a way that fosters a positive community spirit as well as the quality of your abuse reports. Reporting is something you don't need to be a pmod for so you can still report any rule breaking as the rest of us do!
Asking for Modship can potentially decrease your chances of becoming one. Continue to play the game as you normally do, and just have fun. Make sure your account is secured at all times. The absolute best way to become one is to simply not try.
"Player Reports work too so if you see Rule Breaking remember to report it."

"Also remember P-Mods are not a Police Force. They are
Players first
and
Moderators
second
. They also have to enjoy the game."

Also, and I've said this for years and others as well, because people still fall victim to this - just in case you may or may not be aware. Please do
NOT
trust anyone claiming that they can give you Mod status, and do not trust anyone claiming to be a J-Mod messaging you from an "Alt Account" and to report them for impersonation of a J-Mod. Jagex will only contact you through your
RS Inbox
and
nowhere else
.
