Has it always been like this?

Its getting really hard to pk when entangle lands but you don't know how long it lasts. Like 10% of the time it hits but doesn't freeze opponent at all and they just escape.

And no its not about failing the spell cause it gives full xp.

Yes I know it reduces the duration but surely it shouldn't reduce it to 0 seconds/ticks.

If you move a certain distance too far from the player you entangled, the entangle can break and they can move. And when a player unfreezes, they can be immune for under 2 seconds. Are you running into those?
