I have had 2 ancient icons in 170 kc before Desert Treasure 2 was released. Started what I thought was going to be a quick grind to get 2 more to have all 4 ancient sceptres. Currently 525 Kc without a single icon. The wiki says this is a 1/50 drop rate or 2% chance per kill and I am over a 99.8292% chance due for the 3rd icon according the dry calc wiki.
I am actually starting to believe that this drop has been bugged ever since DT2 released. Is there any way a mod could verify that the drop rate hasn't been modified by accident? (If I have to do 3k kc for a 1/50 then so be it, I just want to make sure I am not chasing an impossible goal due to a mistake.)
Also in my opinion I think that the Ancient Icon drop should be a guarantee 100% every 50 kills after Desert Treasure 2 completion, similar to how Vorkath head was implemented.
