I wouldn't hold my breath for any positive changes soon. Jagex seems to have knowingly driven the gambling community underground and allowed one of their mods to oversee it with little oversight.
Jagex's recent decisions are concerning, especially considering the so-called "inclusivity and diversity updates." These updates introduced black guard members in Varrock while keeping the city's population entirely white. Moreover, even the two new NPCs at the hair salon are white. This creates an unfortunate implication that the black guards are present solely to protect the white citizens, which is a far more insensitive approach than maintaining a homogeneous guard force.
Jagex needs to reevaluate its priorities and commit to fostering a truly inclusive and fair environment within the game.
